1099Pro Cloud makes it easy to bring in your data — no matter where it’s coming from. You have three flexible options:

  • Use a template: Download our ready-to-go Excel template, fill it out, and upload it — no mapping required. You can also export data from another system (like NetSuite) into our format for a seamless transition.

  • Use a custom format: Already have your own Excel file? Simply upload it and match your column headers to our fields. The system guides you through each step for quick and accurate mapping.

  • Use IRS FIRE format (Pub 1220): If you’re switching from another 1099 software, you can upload your existing .txt file formatted in the IRS 1220 layout — we’ll handle the rest.

Each option includes built-in validation checks to help catch missing fields or formatting issues before you file, so you can spend less time troubleshooting and more time filing with confidence.
