Subscription, Pricing & Usage

All 1099Pro Cloud subscriptions are based on the number of forms you need to file and run for a full tax reporting year and automatically renew on April 1st of each year if not cancelled. Each subscription includes a 7-day free trial, allowing you to explore the software and determine if it's the right fit for you. You will not be charged until the trial is complete, and you can cancel at any time during the free trial if you are not completely satisfied.

If you need more forms than your current 1099Pro Cloud subscription includes, you won’t be locked out — any forms filed beyond your subscription are billed as overages.

The rate per form for overages is calculated by dividing your subscription price by the number of forms.  For example, the eFile + Print & Mail subscription for up to 200 forms is $1,069.00.  The overage rate would be $1,069.00/200 = $5.35 per form

You can also increase your form volume limit at any time by adjusting your plan. This gives you the flexibility to handle spikes in filing without disruption.

1099Pro Cloud can be purchased via credit card or you can add banking information for an ACH direct debit.
